Angie Does Central Dirty

The first workout of the month of October just happened to be Angie! Oh how we love her! Thi

Be prepared, this month it will "be broughten"!

This week I will be doing body comps for all indoor women in my classes. If you haven't had yours done yet this month, or if you are new, shoot me an email to get this scheduled by Thursday. Your body composition is a great way to chart where you started and how much you progress every month.

Takin' It Back

Pictured above, Zach Thiel doing a workout at the old Crossfit Central.

Central clients watchout, this month we are taking it back to the old school ways of Crossfit. We will be informing you guys on where Crossfit came from and who all the Hotshots are that you see in all of the old school videos. Many of you newer Crossfitters might not know all the background info on Crossfit, and this month we are taking the opportunity to get everyone on the same page. So get ready, this months workouts will consist of the well known "Girl" and "Hero" workouts.

Also check out the main page for updated success stories, we have some truelly amazing testimonies!

Then and Now

What can I say other than WOW!From left to right you have, myself, Julie Ward, Nicole Hughes, and Carey Kepler. All of whom work for Crossfit Central and all of whom look a lot different from then to now. Obviously this pic is not the most flattering to any of us, my apologies ladies, but it is a great example of how Crossfit has changed all of our lives. I know for a fact all of these girls follow Crossfit WOD's religiously and Zone/Paleo their food as well as take Advocare products. This pic was taken a year and a half ago, and look at the results of their dedication and belief in the programming they follow. Then, NOT SO HOT. Now, SUPA DUPA HOT!
