Instead of taking the day off and eating like crap, I decided to start my 3 week challenge of eating Paleo perfect foods without fault. I worked all day, ate well, and got a good workout in at the end of the day.
Day was as follows:
3 oz tuna
3 Tbs almond butter
turkey burger with avocado on spinach leaves
1/2 cup grapes
kale and mayo wrapped in 3oz turkey
almond butter
spark/catalysts
eggs, pork sausage, veggies cooked in oil
1 apple
Workout:
10-1 SDHP and Burpees
1-10 HSPU and chest 2 bar Pullups

Nap Time
Meet Andre', the newest addition to the Crossfit Central Community. If there is one thing he knows how to do, it's SLEEP! As we all know or at least have heard, getting rest and letting our bodies recouperate is essesntial to peak fitness. Many of us ignore the signs our bodies give us when we feel fatigued. We keep pushing and pushing until either we get sick or injured. Those of us that follow the .com workouts follow a 3 day on 1 day off program. The one day off is a day of rest to help our body recover and help our muscles rebuild. Pay attention to your body, and provide it with sufficient rest and proper nutrition. DO A BODY GOOD!
