This past weekend Terrel, my bro from Lubbock came to Austin to attend a Crossfit Affiliate seminar hosted by Jeremy Theil. This seminar gave other affiliates a chance to come and learn how to run a successful Crossfit. This just shows that Crossfit Central is a staple in the Crossfit community. We have such amazing leaders followed by such an amazing team of coaches and staff!
