I am not allowed to disclose any personal info about her other than the fact that she is amazing and seen a huge transformation. Called Out

As we all know, the Holidays are coming whether you like it or not. This is the perfect time to get in the gym, set some goals, and get as lean as you can before Thanksgiving is here. If you would like to go into Turkey season and Christmas time focused and fit, give me a shout. I will be offering Holiday training specials for private sessions of one to two people. During the next two months we will get super focused on your nutrition and goals, and of course get to experience many gruelling workouts. Also, if you are already involved in an indoor class or bootcamp, but feel like you need extra accountability or nutritional advice, hit me up. I am here to help. Don't let the Holidays be another nasty excuse for lazziness and weight gain.

FREE Bootcamp Workout

Free PT Sessions!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are a current client of mine, either in Bootcamps, Indoor Programs, or a Personal training client, I will be giving out free sessions for the month of November. If you get a friend to sign up for a program in the month of November and December, I will give you two comped personal training sessions.We can spend this time working on strengths, weaknesses, nutrition, or anything else you need to focus on. The holidays are here and now is the time to dial in and get focused on diet and workouts.

Seeing Double!!



Brandi and Tiffany are hitting the gym hard this month making sure they stay fit and lean through the holidays. They are two of my very special PT clients that make it to the gym two to three times a week to Crossfit. Here they are doing a Kettelbell swing/ ab mat situp circuit which not only focuses on tightening up the core but also gets your heart rate going.

Benchmark Challenge

The Crossfit Central Benchmark Challenge this Saturday will be serving up the infamous Fran. There are less than 50 spots left and filling up fast. If you are interested in taking on the challenge but have no idea what Fran is, take a sec and watch the video above. You will be able to scale the workout to whatever fitness level you are at right now. We will retest in 5 weeks to see how much progress you have made over that time. I will personally be checking my clients food and workout logs over the next 5 weeks to help you guys get dialed in.
