Crossfitters, any of you guys ever heard this question or been guilty of asking it? If so, get it out of your vocab....it's not gonna fly at Crosfit Central! Stop asking questions and start working on your overhead squat.

Seeing Double!!



Brandi and Tiffany are hitting the gym hard this month making sure they stay fit and lean through the holidays. They are two of my very special PT clients that make it to the gym two to three times a week to Crossfit. Here they are doing a Kettelbell swing/ ab mat situp circuit which not only focuses on tightening up the core but also gets your heart rate going.

Learning

 
HHHHMMMMM, now what are these silly girls up to? Well, Turkish Get Ups of course. Their WOD consisted of Turkish Get Ups and Goblet squats, two exercises they have never done before. The Get Up is a concentrated movement for total body and focuses a lot on core.

Expect the unexpected which is Crossfit.

Push It!

 
It's all smiles and hard work when Lizzie and I get together for our training sessions twice a week. Lizzie is the youngest client I train right now, with the best attitude. She comes in to see me after an early morning of practice followed by a long day of school, and still manages to stay positive and pushes hard through every challenge I throw at her. Way to go Lizzie, and keep up the hard work!

I currently have two spots to fill with one on one clients, so if you are interested or know someone that might need a little extra motivation send me an email.
