This seems like a task many of us can hardly even imagine dreaming about, much less actually performing! Lindsey, a PT client of mine, Spartan, and a recent Crossfit Sectionals competitor, is not only strong but limber. This picture was taken of Lind's messing around on the ropes in one of our workouts. She does aerial dance, which involves a ton of stretching and flexibility, as you can see!
This past weekend K Star came to our gym to coach a Cert over Mobility and biomechanics of the body. And if we thought we were flexible before, Kelly sure put us in our place. Because of our lack of flexibilty and mobility many of us live life with constant nagging pains which in turn lead to injury. This is something Central is trying to change, we want our clients to be healthy and prosperous, as well as strong and Sicfit!
