Get It Girl

Ladies pull out those tinsey little shorts and tank tops and men get out your muscle shirts and shades because Summer is right around the corner. It's time to step up your Crossfit game and get lean for beach trips and poolside parties!
If you are interested in starting up a new fitness program or maybe adding another day to your current workout program, I have two spots open for personal training this Spring. I am only interested in clients who want to see significant changes and results and will commit to accomplishing their goals. I also have some openings in Indoor classes if you like the challenge of working out with other poeple. These spots are limited so feel free to contact me ASAP if you are wanting to make a change in your health and fitness today.

Yum Yum

Throughout our day most of our thoughts lead us back to the thought of food, mmmmmmmmhhhhh! So why not make the foods we put in our bodies day in and day out quality choices. Everyday I hear excuse after excuse of why it's so hard to eat good food, but if I can do it, so can you!
I have a picture of my dinner last night and it was super simple and delicious! I cooked tilapia in olive oil, sauteed mini portobellas in olive oil, and steamed butternut squash with coconut butter and cinnamon. When your preparing a meal don't overwhelm yourself, keep it simple and quick.
For all our I Am Crossfit clients, tomorrow evening we will be showing the movie Food Inc to give you guys an inside look at where our food really comes from.

The Elite

I was privledged enough this weekend to be invited to San Diego for the Level 1 Trainers Summit. This involved hearing speakers such as Coach Greg Glassman, Kelly Starrett on Mobility, Dr. Nicholas Romanov on pose running, Brian Mackenzie on strength and endurance, Jeff Tucker on gymnastics, Louie Simmons on powerlifting, Jeff Martone on Kettlebells, and many others. It was two days of hanging out with elite athletes and phenomenal coaches. It made me realize even though you think you might be good at something, you will never be at the top of your game. There is always room to grow and learn and to continue to strive to be the best. Thankyou to everyone who made this weekend possible and for the experience that was made!
